1. Flavoured honey especially complements herbal tea. Add orange,
lemon, licorice or peppermint honey to give an extra twist of flavour
to any tea.
2. Flavoured honey tickles the taste buds more than sugar. So
you need less. In baking, substitute for sugar at the rate of 2/3
to 3/4, and slightly reduce other liquids in the recipe. Same in
your tea or coffee, use less.
3. Flavoured honey can be stored at room temperature. Honeyshop.ca

that do not dilute the honey sufficiently to ferment or spoil.

but the flavour. We add no high fructose corn syrup, nor filter
out the traces of pollen normally found in honey.

Even those that might stiffen a little in the jar, like any of
our chocolates (straight, mint or orange – raspberry in the
planning state), will soften with a minimum of warming.
